Pros
I loved what my job should have been, and what I should have been able to accomplish there. The lower staff and interns were all great, knowledgeable and eager. The mission of the CMC was of value to me as a community member.
Cons
Every idea, innovation, thought, project, and task was turned down by the upper management. If you have a lackey mindset, don't mind being talked down to, don't care about your community at all, and don't mind being paid to sit and do nothing creative or related to your job, this is the place for you. Otherwise, STAY FAR AWAY. What could be a great organization is left to wither because of management decisions.
