Pros

Positives are outweighed by workplace culture and poor leadership.

Cons

Very little if any communication from management. Clear favortism is shown by management. No clear job descriptions or expectations while also being expected to fill multiple positions without financial compensation. Employee burn out and high turnover rate within the company. Toxic work environment where employees are intimidated and unable to ask questions or voice concerns. Deceptive practices both internal and external. Weak business model with no goals for improvement and growth.

Pros

This is a great company to work for. Management is very supportive and. responsive. They are growing exponentially so they are definitely one to watch. I look forward to the rest of my career here.

Cons

The on boarding was a little bit disorganized, but they were going through some changes so I think that will get better.

Pros

Working for Community Physicians has been a mixed experience. One of the standout feature within the company is the environment of teamwork. The collaborative spirit among colleagues fosters supportive atmosphere, making it easier to manage the demands of the job. All teams are generally willing to help each other. Another positive aspect is the flexibility, the ability to manage your own schedule and adapt to various situations allows for a better work-life balance.

Cons

However, there are significant drawbacks. The opportunities for professional growth and advancement are limited. While the company provides a solid foundation for those entering the healthcare field, there isn't much encouragement for career development. The pay is adequate but not particularly competitive. While it meets basic needs, it does not reflect the level of dedication and effort required for the roles. There's also inconsistent communication amongst some providers. Additionally, there is notable sense nepotism within the company. It often feels like opportunities and promotions are not based solely on merit but rather than personal connections.
