Cannot think of any, the only positive is when someone quits, they are creating a better environment for themselves.
Cons
Under-skilled and understaffed nurses, unable to give necessary basic care, like get patients out of bed, turn and some lay in their own excrement for hours due to no help. Often the nurses desk is left with no one there and the phones and call lights are ringing off the hook! Admin leadership - is so far removed from the staff, many do not even know who they are or have ever seen them. The directors are all mean and play highschool games, and the CNO is a joke! She gossips and has no sense of how a CNO should perform!!! She allows her staff to threaten and belittle employees. The turnover rate is outrageous!!! Worst place to work in the state of Tennessee!!!!!!!!! This place is the deliverance of hospitals.........................run and keeping driving!!!!
