Pros
-Remote as the default, but with the option to come into the office if preferred. -Executive leadership is very supportive of cyber security plans and initiatives. -Hiring process helps to ensure that the department is filled with people who are care about their work and are interested in working as a team. -CISO really cares about individual members of the department and is understanding and supportive. He also expects individuals to understand the seriousness of the role and to work to continually improve. -Department has grown considerably over past few years and is expected to continue to expand. -Health insurance covers 100% at CHS facilities.
Cons
-Very large company with many inefficient processes. This is known and is being addressed, but change is slow in such a large organization with so many moving parts. -Navigating the corporate hierarchy outside of the department can be confusing. -Health insurance is mediocre at best when used with non-CHS providers.
