Personally witnessed Directors treat employees disrespectfully in meetings. Leadership changes their minds minute by minute. One Director is never prepared for meetings, depends on others to hand feed information. Staffing is not adequate for business needs. Leadership does not listen to staff suggestions for better work flow.
