Many talented people to learn from with lots of experience. Large company with many different areas of specialty. In my experience, great leadership.
Cons
With such a large company, it can be difficult sometimes to find the right person to assist or provide guidance. There are many different areas and SMEs for a reason but it does prove challenging at times.
