Quick advancement. My team was great. Some really good managers, but usually the best ones leave quickly. Nice, new building.
Cons
Lack of communication. Knee-jerk reactions/decisions that make no sense. Too much work for too little pay. Borderline hostile environment. Doing the right thing is not always the priority.
