Provides needed healthcare to the community and its residents. Caring staff and volunteers. Excels in specific service lines as needed for the community.
Cons
Too much micro-management. Serving communities is different from location to location, and the demographics/psychographics within each area. That sometimes require different needs and strategies for each different hospital.
