Pros
Used to be a great place to work for over 10 years - Death by lethal injection would probably be worse than working at this organization.
Cons
Management only interested in assessing blame and micro-managing and not finding solutions to problems. Corporate yes men/women are in charge. They seem to only hire lap dogs, aka yes men/women.
