Large company that has good health benefits due to such a large shared network that drives down costs to employees making healthcare affordable.
Cons
Lack of communication, often the left hand of this company doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Too many meetings that could be streamlined. Merit raise based on achievement and performance is unheard of. Therefore overachievers, your worth is no different than the slacker.
