Pros
There is great work life balance as far as scheduling hours. Colleagues are professional and knowledgeable, and I learn a lot a very valuable information from working intensively with the critical care providers.
Cons
As at most other hospital systems today, we can be shortstaffed at times and could definitely use more CNA‘s.
