Pros
Every location across the city and outside of the city is extremely welcoming when they see or know that you're a fellow coworker. Always been such a welcoming organization with great support from the top down.
Cons
Nobody is getting rich working here by any means, but that doesn't matter for those within the Network. It seems that money unfortunately can be a cause for loss of good employees, but again, it's not that people are being really underpaid.
