Cons
Lack of evidence and value-based healthcare services. Work-life balance is advertised but mostly geared towards administrative and IT positions so far. Nurses have seen significant pay increases over the last couple of years while many other direct care staff continue to burn out without support for home life, work flexibility, or pay increase.
