8yThis post while unfortunate is not the outlook of all employees. CHI does have a competitive benefit package, the PTO is plentiful. Unfortunately, during the time of the above post, management was going through change so I can understand how someone would view the transition period as chaotic. Management has settled now and there is focus and clear vision of the future.
