Employees are awesome and support each other - this is why most people stay as long as they can before walking out!
Cons
Executive Team to much chaos at Executive level! They allow good employees to be run off by lack of back bone and walk the walk not talk a bunch of BS. The company has many AWESOME employees that walk away after facing frustration of seeing preferential treatment at the Leadership level. Who's really running the organization?
