Pros
The most dedicated and wonderful staff I've ever known. Great benefits and opportunity for growth. Very supportive atmosphere. Serves the community proudly and well!
Cons
Burn out runs rampant for too many employees. Leadership says they want people to take time off/set boundaries but support for employees while off is inconsistent among departments, which leads to frustration and a feeling of inequality. Some employees give it their all but feel deflated when raises/rewards are given.
