Nothing. People are slackers. Management doesn't lead. Nepotism, cliques, bad hygiene, no professional attitude

Everything. Most of all the pay. This is a terrible workplace and maybe having a decent pay would help. Expect to be paid minimum wage and stay there for years. Promotion is gatekept. Favoritsm at its peak. Management does not care of mental well being and neither does HR. No one wants to be bothered by you. You learn on your own and get repremanded for not knowing what do with little instruction.
