The pay is better than minimum wage, you get to work outdoors, there are multiple opportunities for advancement and pay raises
Cons
It gets cold sometimes, the work hours are late from 6pm-2am/7pm-3am, sometimes the director seems like she doesn't really care about the company which can be frustrating but otherwise the company is really great to work for.
