There are employees with boots on the ground that want to help the clients in the vulnerable communities. unfortunately, the organization is a revolving door with toxic environments that is created and it is created from the senior leadership.

The senior leadership of this organization creates toxic environments, retaliates, and discriminates against its employees without regard. Supervisors talk to employees as if they are disposable and not needed. The hostile workplace is off the charts. The communities deserve to know about this organization and how it treats its employees and further how they talk about the clients.
