Pros
There are some really good people that work for this organization, unfortunately they are overshadowed by those who run the organization.
Cons
This company is a classic case of the corporate mentality of thinking because they pay you, they own you. They will expect as much as a company can from you with the most thanks you'll receive is that it's your job. They will hire you on as a salaried employee expecting 45 hours a week, but then tell you that realistically you should be working a minimum of 50-60 hours a week. Then if you don't you are looked at as not pulling your load. Upper management is quick to point out perceived short comings, but very slow to recognize successes. As a way to motivate mid level management, they will promise conditional promotions with no intent of ever fulfilling those promises.
