Brent was a decent clinical manager until he left

Cons

LA division likes to compare themselves as being “better” than other divisions. Some of the tackiest, low-class employees. If you could breathe, you can work there. Supervisors are rude and like to gossip. Very cliquey. Clinical managers are inadequate and don’t solve problems

Clients are awesome, and seeing their growth has been amazing

Cons

Pay doesn’t match the work. Need more days off . In this field staff burn out quickly. Staff that has adequate time to care for themselves work even harder for the clients .
