Pros

New hire training is pretty good. You can sometimes get a sub case if your client cancels and you get paid for last minute cancellations.

Cons

Supervisors don't help or come like they are supposed to. They promise supervision but it never happens. They don't pay more if you do a good job. They pay the least amount possible. They don't match benefits.

Clients are awesome, and seeing their growth has been amazing

Cons

Pay doesn’t match the work. Need more days off . In this field staff burn out quickly. Staff that has adequate time to care for themselves work even harder for the clients .
