Amazing clinical managers who support your work life balance. Competitive pay, welcoming, supportive, and always looking to improve! Extremely receptive to feedback (regional management). Although merger has been rocky original regional management continues to advocate for staff and keep founding values

Cons

Recently went through a merger with a larger company, CEO is no longer Tim.

Clients are awesome, and seeing their growth has been amazing

Cons

Pay doesn’t match the work. Need more days off . In this field staff burn out quickly. Staff that has adequate time to care for themselves work even harder for the clients .
