      Pros

      The kids and their families! It was so fun getting to know them and building rapport.

      Cons

      Training was very "in the office" and not that great in the field. We needed help with tantrums and tough situations. I was always left alone when it came to that and I was guessing on how to handle it. The therapy needs to be focused more on training the therapists with "in the field" experience, as that will be most helpful to the kids.

      Pros

      Flexible with school schedules, plenty of supervisor communication and rewarding work experience

      Cons

      Cases can be quite challenging at times, High BT turn over rate and alot of driving unless you are able to land a school case
