Pros
Good pay, low degree requirements for employment.
Cons
Hard and/or good work is not rewarded other than through platitudes. Senior management are toxic, opaque in their decisions and processes, gaslight, and promote nepotism. The long time CEO retired shortly before COVID, and that combination has really changed the environment of the organization. Workers are very much secondary to consumers and senior leaderships plans. High turnover, especially in HR, highlights some knowledge drain. For example, a simple questions to HR may get different responses, if you get a response at all.
