Pros
So disorganized you can cling on for years, get paid, go home.
If you manage to hang on for a year or two- you’re a star that can stay for almost ever
Some good people but very limited
Cons
Crap offices and facilities - more like an old 1970’s motel, the whole business smells of being out of date
Terrible dysfunctional management - especially the owner and his little lackey
No strategy, except how can we nickel and dime our customers - we’ll sell anything if a couple of cents can be made on it
Usual scenario - sell high skills and get the cheapest people to do the work
Inter-branch competition - sometimes one branch is actively bidding against another for work
Always looking to steal people’s ideas - no uniqueness in the business
Many people hadn’t had a pay rise for years
Revolving management door - and staff
