Pros

It’s a job, thats it.

Cons

This is one of the most unorganized companies I’ve worked for thus far. Training was ok and then they immediately throw you to the wolves as soon as you’re out. There is a bit of micromanagement. They literally hawk down everything you do. You can get written up for the smallest mistakes. Breaks are short and watched closely. They don’t even want you to use the restroom unless you are on break. Just don’t drink until the end of your shift. The icing on top of the cake is the pay is VERY LOW.

Pros

Fully remote position with company-provided equipment, including a laptop and keyboard, set up before your first day.

Cons

Training relied on self-paced courses with several broken links, leaving onboarding feeling disorganized. Attendance and course-pacing were monitored closely, and check-in meetings often felt unproductive. My account was also locked out multiple times without clear explanation. The role itself was fairly basic relative to relevant experience, with limited room to grow or use existing skills.
