      Supportive co-workers, excellent residents, large holiday bonuses, customer appreciation, fun culture, company events, award-winning pride of service.

      Cons

      Executive Director is unapproachable and known to be dismissive and rude to department heads. Drama between different departments pushes away cross-collaboration.

      Pros

      Got along well with my coworkers. Enjoyed an annual employee appreciation week hosted by management

      Cons

      Have to return to The Commons to get a tuberculosis test before start date. Also have to complete classroom and online training before start date.
