Pros
Once I signed up I did get a lot of e-mails with potential jobs.
Cons
This process got the job done but being an older employee (baby boomer) I would prefer more human interaction. Once I was hired I was assigned someone for my on boarding and there was a lot more communication but I have not spoken to anyone, all texts and e-mails.
