Patient impact Staff impact Decent Starter job. Get your experience and leave.

Cons

Poor PTO: 4.3 hours/pay period (1 day/month). Functions/feels like a govt job with most of leadership being legacy Dignity Health employees who do not care enough to care for their CommonSpirit Health employees. Career advancement is also difficult within this company as nepotism appears to run strong. Your best bet is to advance externally. Overworked. Entire state is understaffed for IT regarding tech/device ratios. You also support urgent cares and standalone emergency departments. On-call required, yet you aren’t paid a stipend. Ongoing battle, yet leadership does nothing to pay on-call. Feels somewhat illegal. No company phones as well.
