      I work with a good team/coworkers

      - After taking over the hospitals from Steward Health, a bunch of employees were fired which affected the workflow drastically and in noticeable ways. - Policy regarding even if you are one minute late, that counts as a strike - Charge RNs overwhelmed as they now are going up to 5 pts whereas in the past it was mostly 2-3 pts. - Pay rate average to below average compared to other hospitals in region
