Management @ Chandler, AZ, are completely out of touch. Don't express your concerns to them... you will immediately become a target. Favoritism is out of control. Employee expectations are definitely not accountable across the board. Was VERY disappointed with this organization. Oh, and the 'pension' you may have been promised at the time of hire may be eliminated at any time. Several upper mgmt are leaving soon... hmmmm. When that starts happening, beware. It is rarely a good sign.
