Higher than average PTO, excellent coworkers below management level

Do not work for this company unless you have significant cash reserves for therapy afterwards. Coworkers - excluding management - are the only thing that will make you not want to unalive yourself while working here. There is no semblance of work/life balance. Work will often continue past 6 or 7 p.m. while starting at or before 8 a.m. sharp. Management will message you at all hours of the day, sometimes even at midnight.

Certain employees exhibit exceptional qualities. It serves as an excellent introductory position for those at the entry level, as it provides clear guidance (micromanagement) at every stage of the job, whether you need it or not.

The proprietor conceals their inclination for micromanagement under the guise of being meticulous. They condescend towards female colleagues and consistently assign note-taking duties to women, irrespective of their role or experience. Advancement prospects are scarce, salary increases are infrequent if ever. Inexperienced staff members underperform, leading to an increased workload for others. Numerous clients are departing, signifying a lack of long-term prospects within the organization.
