      Lots of great people around, amazing local teams and cultures.

      Team specific!! In all my years of work, I have never witnessed a leadership change (General Manager) derail a high-performing team so fast. Within just ten months, a top-tier, well-aligned group collapsed under poor management.. Commify’s brands hold immense potential, but mismanagement suffocates every opportunity for progress. Bottlenecks remain unaddressed, team members drift without direction, and accountability is replaced with excuses. When strategies do emerge, they are diluted until their impact disappears entirely. The underlying idea seemed simple: merge an underperforming team with a thriving one to lift overall results. In practice, it was a complete failure.
