Pros
Good teamwork, good facilities such as the canteen and cafeteria. Working hours are reasonable. Front office people are friendly and take their time to explain processes.
Cons
Since last few years they have been moving more and more desks to Frankfurt and reduced staff. With Brexit now happening this could further reduce their operations.
