Working here is demanding, so taking true time off and "unplugging" can be difficult. However, people are supportive and do encourage you to take a break when you have time!
This is also not a place for people who need structure. If you like having precedents and doing things as they always have been done, other places may be better for you. However, if you are someone who does well on the fly and figuring out things as you go along, this is the place! New suggestions on processes, tactics, etc. are highly encouraged from everyone.
