Worked there 2.5 years. Never a pay increase. At my anniversary, when I asked my boss about an annual increase, he said Executive Management doesn't believe in that. He had worked there 7 years with no COL increase. My position was eliminated and when I was let go (without any warning), I was paid through that day. Some of the worst employee relations I have ever personally witnessed. Unless you have no alternatives, best to hold out for something better.
