Commerce V3 is the worst place to work with. The leadership is incompetent, and makes sure your mental peace is ruined in every possible way. 1. Appraisals are there. Yes! None 2. Work pressure is off charts, plus the pressure from your manager makes it worse. 3. Too much politics at every level. 4. Leadership hiring is only done to bring the old acquaintances in the office. Anyone who has ever worked with VC and leadership gets to enjoy great perks. It's actually how it works. 5. Whenever appraisals come, they'd try to figure out a reason or two to not have it alltogether l. 6. Work from home with company is a joke. With that, all they want is for you to put in extra hours. 7. No respect for employees The list is never ending. Just speak to anyone on their team, except leadership of course and you'll know.
