Pros

1)There is no boundary as such between departments, everyone is easily accessible. Everyone is just a call away. Everyone means everyone, even CEO of the company. 2) You can bring any new technology and tools. Everyone is open to that. 3) Growth prospect is pretty straight, Feel it like home and company will take care of everything. Your growth depends upon your potential. If you are good at something, company does not take time to give you that opportunity. 4) Compensation and benefits are best in the Industry. 5) Job security : You need not to be worried about this because you are working for a company which is a part of largest stock exchange in Europe continent (Euronext). Company has grown many fold in last 3 years and has even stringer growth prospect going forward. 6) Work Satisfaction : If you are a skilled professional, you will love this place. 7) Work life balance : You might need to go for extra mile on few occasions but company will take care of everything.

Cons

I would say nothing.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Culture is strong.

Cons

Management is terrible. Very difficult to know how you’re performing. No structure at all in onboarding or thereafter. Very clear hierarchy between heads of departments who don’t include others in anything. Almost no women in the company.

Pros

1. Tax friendly salary structure. 2. Handsome pay. 3. Nice office space. 4. Enough leaves allowed. 5. No hierarchy for reporting discrepancies or ideas.

Cons

1. They say you'll learn a lot but no certifications or training provided. Work-Eat-Sleep. 2. You might have to work 10-13 hours a day (doesn't matter if you have a family to look after). 3. Emerging internal politics and favourites. 4. They'll make you work for every penny earned. Stressful situations are common. 5. Always running short of staff (courtesy: policies). 6. Job security: Low 7. Medical insurance not provided (despite Covid-19). 8. No reimbursement or support provided for setting up workspace at home. 9. Micromanagement: You'll be watched for every line you write, every word you say and every decision you take. Every comic or serious discussion will happen with an underline that you're being observed for the increment period. Even if you're away from your machine for a minute, you'll have to notify EVERYONE in the office internally. Also, when you're logging out and logging in. On the top of these, a summary of what you'll be doing and what you've done in the day should also be told.
