The culture is fantastic. They team allows people to flourish and to get involved with anything they can handle, rather than feel isolated or kept in a box. The growth opportunities are always available. Most importantly, the staff feels like a family away from family.

The clients can be belligerent and unprofessional at times. Sometimes their expectations do not match up with the services we can provide, especially when they are unwilling to pay for the licenses, tools, or hardware needed to perform the expected tasks.

Great benefits and a great group of co workers. Everyone works together to rise to any occasion and to implement long term, simple yet effective systems which benefit our customers. Very positive and supportive work place where its very apparent that upper management genuinely cares about their employees and understands the symbiotic relationship between that and a successful business.

At times it can be difficult to keep up with the amount of work coming in but management is always understanding and helpful in finding s way through it. It is my perception that this is due to the business growing and trying to take the best route forward regarding staffing and processes to efficiently meet demand.
