Pros
You get to enjoy a life-work balance with a cozy environment and it will be really easy to fall asleep. It will be really fun at first working at the firm then there's the management. You are given a really cool high end service unit TEMPORARILY
Cons
-You get NOTHING except what you provide for yourself, save files ASAP - The management assumes that you know all of the materials/ training they provided from THEORY to TROUBLESHOOTING even if you're hired because of a different skill. - You thought you already got the job but you are STILL in the process of being shortlisted - Don't expect to have credentials until you're proven worthy by a paranoid management - You want your employee to provide the right answer to your questions without quoting google then scolding them when they are wrong, perfect or zero.
