Company is more focused on revenue than anything else. Raises are a joke. Company in very strict on employees, they watch you like a hawk. Very few company events and all are very lame. Holiday party is thrown during the week so you can't enjoy yourself too much since you have to work the next day. No family involvement in any company events.
