Pros
I’ve had a great experience working with Combine service provider. The pay is competitive, and the team I’ve worked with has been fantastic—supportive, professional, and friendly. One of the best aspects is the flexibility; the hours are adaptable, making it easy to balance work with other commitments. There’s also a variety of roles available, which keeps things interesting, and I appreciate having the option to choose the locations I work at. Overall, a solid company to work for with plenty of opportunities.
Cons
However, there are some downsides. Communication can be lacking, and there have been instances of pay errors. One major issue is that shift hours can change at the last minute, sometimes without any notice, meaning you only find out on the day. There are also periods where work availability is low, leading to fewer shifts than expected. In my personal experience, I was underpaid for a shift, and when I reached out to payroll, I was told they would contact my manager and get back to me. It has now been a week, and I still haven't received an update, I have tried calling them, but there is no response. Overall, while there are definite positives, the company could improve its communication and reliability when it comes to scheduling and payroll.
