CombiMatrix is made up of people who truly care about giving their absolute best every single day. As a smaller sized company, there is a ton of camaraderie and single-minded dedication to providing the very best in molecular diagnostic testing for providers and their patients. Interdepartmental collaboration is refreshing after having been at large institutions with many silos. There is excellent transparency, and everyone has a voice. Creativity and quality work are rewarded and the company culture is a bit like a family.

We are a lean organization, and sometimes people are asked to wear many hats at once. With that said, it has helped us all focus on how to work smarter, not just harder.

The people that work here are wonderful! They are passionate about what they do and take pride in their work; this holds true for all departments. We each have an impact on this company - our individual efforts do not get lost as it would at some large companies. And we truly care about what we do.

We work hard, and pull our weight - but it's also very rewarding.
