- Many of the original employees that were around when the company started are still around. - The company has a good atmosphere, people always willing to help. - Your experience at this company is what you make it, if you are a hard worker and put your all into your work you will succeed. - Since the company is smaller, there is a ton of room for someone to gather lots of experience and wear multiple hats. It's a great environment for someone who wants an opportunity to learn and to have a wide variety of experiences. - The company has also re-vitalized their investment into growing and training talent, in the past years they have been brining in experts to teach people in a wide variety of skills.

Not really cons, but features of the company. - There is often times not great SOPS and work instructions - Onboarding is very department specific, some departments do a great job at teaching, others could use some help. - The company was acquired back in 2023 by one of their long term partners, I encourage you to read up on it.

A lot of amazing engineers in Apps and Mechanical groups willing to help sincerely and with great teamwork attitude.

Certain dep't managers (EE) are notorioualy passive-aggressive, unreachable, always putting other teams down with snarky comments (other teams, sales reps). A lot of people w/ <3 yrs service (not a good thing) and a lot of Combi "graduates" on LinkedIn. Roles can be narrow and pigepnholed, created and eliminated arbitrarily - but think twice about asking for more assignments! When profits are down - they wont think twice to slash heads with no severance. Even experienced engineers and sales managers.
