For those who are longer time member aka employees prior to 2020, the cash balance plan is great
Cons
Sr Management do not care enough regarding work life balance, calling employee back to meeting even during planned PTO, vacation, family leave For development, some sr leaders do not act upon development, even after multiple direct report initiated discussions. ComEd engineers and management salary lags behind industry, this was brought up a few times to the leadership but not seen any actions
