I started in COMCO after a short stint as an intern at a different PR agency. Compared to my prior hectic and unfulfilling experience as an intern (a story for another time), it was a welcome surprise to find that the people in COMCO were caring and attentive to my professional needs. I knew the agency's founder and CEO through my internship, and although we had little chance to work with one another before, he gave me the opportunity to be one of COMCO's pioneering hires and I haven't looked back since. Through the mentorship of my supervisors and with the impassioned leadership of our CEO, I was able to equip myself with the skills it takes to make it in the industry, and I've been here ever since, making my way up from associate to where I currently am, a senior manager and partner. With COMCO, it was possible to see the trajectory of my career, and as a partner, I now have a hand in shaping the agency culture and ensure that the next generation of practitioners will have the same opportunities and same nurturing work environment that I've had. Bonus points for travel opportunities, which anyone can be a part of as long as they hit certain milestones. Overall, my experience working at COMCO is very positive and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
