- all teams are extremely collaborative and willing to educate others when needed - company is small (but growing) so teams have remained nimble and open minded to adjusting to changes - executive team listens to opinions of the "boots on the ground" employees and makes changes accordingly - competitive pay in a growing market - work life balance is actually welcomed and encouraged

- growing pains that all companies exiting out of the startup phase experiences, however Column6 deals with it extremely well

- A lot of industry veterans work here and they're great about helping people like me learn and grow as I get further into connected tv. - Work/life balance is really healthy and the hr team is very understanding. - Pay is competitive and they were great about taking care of things during the hiring process.
