Pros
The students ,faculty and some staff are what makes it bearable. The pay is not bad, there is a lot of favoritism at review time.
Cons
Administration didn't think that some one working there for more than 5 years was flexible. A lot of supervisors have no training in supervising. Communication is the only what you need to know to do your and the nice to know that will not effect the outcome of a decision. If you are inherited. There are some people that can get away with doing the minimum
