The club gets most of the money that your clients pay

Free or reduced employee and family membership, some co-workers/managers are pretty chill, most members are cool, access to everything the club offers, employees get a discount on everything in the club,

Very poor upper management (gm, asst gm, business mgr). They lack even basic management and communication skills, micromanaging by those three is preferred style of managing, gaslighting, gossiping, sharing employee’s confidential information, don’t value good employees, frequently saw (and still see) managers on the pickleball courts (daily, even twice a day), don’t practice their own standards, nepotism, outdated policies, owners look the other way or don’t know (they are old businessmen), company goals or plans or vision not shared with employees so no one cares, employee benefits suck, lack of trust but will keep employees and members who blatantly break rules (theft, harassment, poor conduct), some managers don’t belong in a management position, favoritism,
